Vara is a small workshop, and there are real people at the other end. The fastest way to reach us is email: [hej@vara.dk](mailto:hej@vara.dk). Write in Danish or English — we read everything and reply as fast as we can.

## What to write about

**Beta access.** Want to try Vara? [Join the waitlist](/en#waitlist) and you’ll hear from us when a seat opens for you.

**Bugs and friction.** Something not working? Tell us what you did, which Mac you have, and which engine you used. Then we can forge it away.

**Wishes and ideas.** A mode you’re missing? An app you’d like Vara to play nicer with? We’d genuinely love to hear it — Vara is shaped by what testers ask for.

**Press and partnerships.** Writing about Vara or want to collaborate? Send a line and we’re happy to help with materials, screenshots and background.

## Who you’re writing to

## Response times

We are a few people, so the reply won’t land in a second — but it will land. Expect a couple of working days. If a bug is locking you out, put “urgent” in the subject and we’ll look sooner.

We prioritise beta testers and bugs that lock people out. General questions and wishes get a reply once we’ve had a proper look — we’d rather answer well than fast, and every message is read by a human, not a robot.
